This is from a 100% Black Angus cattle, fed on grain for 200 days to give it a fantastic marbling and flavour that are second to none. It has been wet aged for 21 days, MSA graded, and then air-flown from Melbourne.
This is a Certified Black Angus Beef (CAAB), and it is richly marbled with a nicely defined grain with a satisfying bite and a memorable, rich flavor.
