Cheddar is a relatively hard, off-white, sometimes sharp-tasting, natural cheese. Originating in the English village of Cheddar in Somerset, Shredded cheddar is used in pasta, salad, croquette, quiche and many other popular dishes.
Our cheddar is made from fresh milk from dairy cows that have not been injected with any hormones. This is the cheese that the everyone loves.
